I was going to post something similar.

Women's volleyball very rarely has much in the way of upsets of the 1-3 seeds before the Sweet 16. The talent disparity plays out more overwhelmingly than say march madness where a Cinderella can shoot out of their mind and steal a W.

interesting question. I remember host sites had to use a specific gym flooring which their little gym couldn't support. Not sure if they are exempt forever or something... anyone know the story?

They added the taraflex in Gregory… guess they just don't want it in there all year long. Apprently it's a hassle for them to put it in there

They played in little Gregory with just 4k seating (although they've squeezed in 5k+ before). It was designed specifically for the volleyball team and the crowd is more intimate than if they'd play at Moody.

The next two matches are usually in the normal digs too. No need to borrow the men's basketball and concert arena for the $ or spectacle in the playoffs. A quick Google search says the Indiana match will be in Gregory.
