They're all enrolling and should be arriving to Aggieland this week.

Natalie Ring was a 3rd Team All American outside hitter! She's 6'1 but has some great hops and can hammer the ball with emphasis. Her and Stowers will be one of the top outside hitting duos in the nation. Ring is also a great server and can hit well out of the back row. She's a senior.

Then we got our two middle blockers Eliza Sharp and Kaia Castle. Both have 3 years of eligibility and stand at 6'3 and 6'4. Sharp was Mountain West freshman of the year and extremely productive both blocking and when she was set on offense. Castle was a top 20 recruit nationally but was on an Ohio State team that won 6 games. She has excellent height and will. Sharp and Castle can make for an excellent blocking duo. It will be impossible to replace Cos-Okpalla and Perkins, but we did get taller at the position. Let's just hope we can refine their technique and close out ability.

Started following VB after watching Ags play in SAV. Getting more involved so keep that info coming! I heard we play some spring games. Some in Dallas. Is that where a bunch of you get the info is from threads or?

Yeah seems like we'll always want to try to have some spring games in Dallas. Hopefully we can again. Soon we'll have a spring schedule released, we'll have a thread for it and I'll make threads for each individual spring game so we can get fans alerted!!

Since I'm new to the Volleyball fandom, is Taylor the local TexAgs Volleyball super fan?

Without question! TS13 puts a great deal of effort into spurring on engagement and keeping the board informed of all things Aggie Volleyball.

Wicked, Flint, Ava, Frankie (among others) are a few other OG TexAg volleyball contributors that are very knowledgeable as far as roster and game analysis, etc....I've learned a lot reading their posts.

ts13 is definitely the cheerleader and sportswriter. I'm just along for the ride making my mark as a former club volleyball dad!

I had originally thought ts13 got us this dedicated forum but I think I heard Morrison actually requested it from TexAgs.

I know we are looking forward to it. Learned a lot about VB including the maroon club thanks to post. Not something as common knowledge. In any case joining the maroon club and looking forward to being a better VB fan.

All transfers and Spring enrollees were at Lovb match tonight, along with most of the returners except some out of staters that will come back this weekend. All coaches and support staff too.

Culture is Real... And It's Spectacular.

TS13 is definitely one of a kind. Kind of like a lone Aggie Athletic Department. Or, at least, the Rio Grande Valley version of the Aggie Athletic Department.

And you can always tell the excitement in TS13's posts by the huge number of exclamation points!

A few days after the win over Kentucky I went through the 2025 season thread to 're-live' the season. The thread on the 'new' dedicated volleyball forum - whoop !!! Of course, TS13 started it off with players and such and it went on from there. The early and consecutive losses to SMU and TCU brought a lot of discussions and during and after the NCAA tournament the players and Jamie mentioned how those early losses spurred them on. Of course, taking down the sips in Reed was awesome!

I had forgotten about the outstanding pic TS13 posted on May 9. Of 5 players on the U17/18 2021 national team development squad. With Margo, Ava and Logan. And a ton of additional memories posted during the year.

Personally, I tend not to comment too much if at all during matches because I think I might jinx the team (silly me) but I read and enjoy the comments during the matches, after which I will finally comment. And always a BTHO before matches.

Hmmmm, I think TexAgs is certainly glad they created the separate volleyball forum in 2025 because it certainly worked out well !!!
