Saturday's Texas A&M-Arkansas men's basketball game postponed
Texas A&M’s interrupted basketball season will be on hold a little longer.
The Aggies’ scheduled Southeastern Conference game against No. 24 Arkansas on Saturday night has been postponed because of an additional positive COVID-19 test within the A&M program.
All A&M basketball activities will remain paused until further notice, which likely means the game at Kentucky scheduled for Tuesday night will also be either postponed or canceled.
The Aggies (8-7, 2-6) have not played since defeating Kansas State, 68-61, in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Jan. 30.
Since then, six games have been postponed due to COVID-19 or inclement weather.
This is the second A&M game with Arkansas to be delayed. A Feb. 6 contest in Fayetteville was also postponed.
A&M has also had games against Vanderbilt, Georgia, Florida and Alabama postponed.
