Simple, tape says it all. Simple eye test.

Reed is QB1. Weigman is QB2 while trying to fix a few things and get right mentally.

Weigman will likely get another shot as SEC ball is punishing for a QB sized like Reed. Daniels did it so we can hope he follows that path.

But no way in hell do you mess with this momentum and energy that Reed has provided to this team and fan base. Death to the coaching staff if they start Weigman and he performs poorly. Terrible, terrible decision.

Elko and Klein, you gotta be selfish for the program of A&M on this. Remember, this is now a professional sport. What have you done for me today?

Exactly. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one. The coaching staff should start Reed and show loyalty not only to Reed, but to the other players, fans, the program, and the university.

You are the one saying there's something going on with CW. Correct?

Can you at least state if this is something that he can overcome in the next few weeks or should he take a break?

How much do the fans opinions weigh into the coaches' decisions? I doubt very much.

The Florida D was really bad - especially in pass coverage. I really like the spark that Reed gave the team and his running ability certainly adds to a defense's problems, however, I think Reed is going to struggle against the better defenses in the league. If the coaches do plan to keep Reed as the starter, and if he struggles mightily in a game, do you give Weigman another shot? I think so.

The game tape at Florida demonstrates why Marcel Reed has earned the starting job, but Mike Elko said the quarterback position will "likely be a game-time decision for the rest of the season" to keep our opponents guessing.
