On Friday’s edition of TexAgs Live, Kay Naegeli took us Around Aggieland and provided updates on all things Texas A&M as the spring sports are underway. Men's basketball won in the first round of the NCAA Tournament over Yale. 

Basketball
No. 4 seed Texas A&M is moving on in the 2025 NCAA Tournament after taking down No. 13 seed Yale in the first round. The Aggies will now face Michigan in the second round on Saturday at 4:15 p.m. CT on CBS.

Baseball
Texas A&M dropped to 0-4 in conference play on Thursday night as the Aggies fell to No. 22 Vanderbilt, 5-3, in the series opener. The series resumes today at 6 p.m. CT.

Softball
Fresh off a road sweep, No. 6 Texas A&M returns to Davis Diamond this week as the Maroon & White welcome No. 24 Alabama for another top-25 series in the SEC. That starts at 6 p.m. CT.

Women’s Tennis
The No. 3 Texas A&M women’s tennis team hosts Ole Miss and No. 9 LSU over the weekend at the Mitchell Tennis Center.

Men’s Tennis
The No. 12 Texas A&M men’s tennis team opens a weekend on the road versus Vanderbilt on Friday, March 21, with a 3:30 p.m. first serve at the Currey Tennis Center.

Men’s Golf
The Texas A&M tandem of Alex Long and Jack Usner were among five golfers who tied for sixth place in the All-American Individual at the Golf Club of Houston.

Texas A&M returns to team play Monday when they head to Palm Harbor, Florida for the Valspar Collegiate at Floridian National Golf Club.

Women’s Golf
The Aggies return to the course March 24-25 at the Charles Schwab Invitational in Fort Worth at the Colonial Country Club.

Equestrian
The Aggies head to the Tyron International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, N.C., for the SEC Championship March 28-29.
