TKO's Knockout Performance of the Week: Winning ways across the board

David Nuño: Plenty of standouts on the diamond

• Gavin Grahovac went 4-for-9, five RBIs, a triple and a double.
   
• Caden Sorrell went 4-for-10 and had five RBIs.
   
• Nico Partida had good games, all around. He has been great all season long.
   
• I’m going to give another one out, Michael Earley. All the buttons he pushed were the right buttons against a guy who is an elite coach, regardless of how you feel about him. Earley pushed the right buttons while the other guy didn’t.
   
• You could throw in Trisha Ford and Mark Weaver. It was a very good weekend for Aggie sports.

Olin Buchanan: Plenty of standouts on the diamond

• There are several people who had great performances this week, but I’m biased by the people that I actually saw.
   
• Grahovac, what a weekend he had. He comes to mind. Sorrell comes to mind. Partida, if he’s not given SEC Freshman of the year and plays the rest of the schedule like he’s been playing…
   
• And then there’s KK Dement.
   
• You could also say any number of players on the SEC Championship-winning women's tennis team.
   
• Gavin Lyons blew away some Longhorns.
   
• It was the kind of weekend we should have every weekend.
