And now I'm angry at Roddick again for losing on Monday. I knew there was no realistic chance that Lu would be able to play like that again, and he is getting dominated by Djokovic. Ugh.

early break for Berdych.

This match is going to be a classic and i'm not even going to get TV coverage of it.

I sure hope that my guide is wrong and ESPN will keep coverage until NBC picks it up.

We'll lose it for the hour between 9 and 10 unless some miracle happens. I'll have to watch on ESPN3. It's just frustrating that NBC won't let ESPN2 show all the matches live and then replay them later themselves.

well Berdych about to go up 2-1 here.

Roger needs to come up with a strategy. He's had a few chances in Berdych's service games but Tomas either comes up with a big serve or Roger can't convert. Berdych is in cruise control right now.

Endberg's awful quote earlier to..."Berdych proving he belongs"....WHOTF didn't think he belonged?! He just got done playing in the Semi's at the French!

And it's officially a 2 sets to 1 lead. I have a feeling this is going 5. Hopefully the 4th set lasts a long time!

Wow. Berdych takes the 3rd 6-1. Very interesting things happening on Centre Court.

And yeah, anyone who has seen Berdych play lately knows that he is more than capable to beat Fed right now. He beat him earlier this year on hard courts in a best of 3 format, and he's proving again that he has what it takes.

Me either, I hope I'm not disappointed!

big chance for Berdych here...

How long do you want to ignore this user?
but no dice. Fed holds.

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Wow...huge comeback by Tomas in his service game. He hardly even gave Roger a chance to get in the point on any of those break opportunities.
K Blaine11

Yep, huge comeback in that game!

Nevermind, they just got started.

those last 3 games decided this match, IMO.

Roger holds off a break chance...then has 4 of his own but Tomas comes up big to hold...then Roger fights to hold but is finally broken.

Danger time for Roger. Berdych is playing some GREAT tennis right now! This is an upset I'll be ok with if he keeps it up.
Bunk Moreland
How long do you want to ignore this user?
yeah no matter who wins I want to see some great tennis in the semi's and Berdych looks like he's completely capable of doing that with Djokovic.

And on Court 1, Soderling has an early break to go up 2-0.

Don't count Fed out. Berdych looks more than a little iffy on serve.
Bunk Moreland
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Roger looks like he's completely lost it after those 4 break chances.

Alright, we'll see what Berdych is made of right here.

Soderling breaks again and is up 4-0. Rafa looks slow, like maybe his knee is bothering him more. Soderling looks very strong right now, though.
Bunk Moreland
How long do you want to ignore this user?
congrats to Berdych. He's playing damn good tennis.

Again, these are the results we are going to start seeing more of from Fed, and the runs to the finals or a GS win will start to become few and far between. This year's wimbledon, however, was just silly by his standards.

On to the afternoon matches. I hope Soderling can push Rafa to the brink to make that a hell of a match.
K Blaine11

WOW. Berdych gets the win!! Well deserved, he played a great match! Fed had some good moments, but today was NOT a good day to come out flat against a guy with Berdych's talent and ability.

The Murray fans have to be going nuts now.

And Roddick has to be kicking himself. Obviously Djokovic would have been tough, but Roddick has to believe he could have won that given their recent history.

Soderling takes the first set 6-3. Rafa is finally starting to pick it up after a VERY slow start. My boy started to relax when he shouldn't have, but he's looking good. Keep it up!

Rafa breaks early in the 2nd to go up 2-0. Crowd is pulling hard for Nadal after a questionable call from Pascal in the chair.

Apparently Djokovic will jump Federer in the rankings, and it will be the first time Federer has been out of the top 2 since November 2003.

Oh, and vamos Rafa
K Blaine11

Rafa takes the 2nd set 6-3. He's serving and moving MUCH better, and Robin is throwing in a few too many errors right now.

NBC's coverage continues to suck. This is no time for highlights- there's a match going on right now... And they're nearly 10 seconds behind in their live coverage.
K Blaine11
How long do you want to ignore this user?

Nadal breaks Robin to go up 3-2 in the 3rd. Soderling is making way too many errors. It's going to go away quickly if he doesn't clean up his game.

Rafa takes the third set in a tiebreak. Soderling's errors are just killing him.

Update:
Murray and Tsonga are in an absolute battle on Centre Court! 1 set all- both tiebreaks! Rafa is leading 2-1 on serve in the 4th.

Soderling's doing the same thing for Rafa with all these mistakes. I love Rafa, but I really wanted Soderling to perform better today.

That's it. Rafa takes the match 6-1 in the 4th. My boy just went away and never came back... Congrats to Rafa though! He played a good match after an extremely slow start. Now back to Tsonga and Murray! The semis are going to be very, very interesting.
K Blaine11

Andy Murray wins it 6-2 in the 4th over Tsonga. Murray is playing really, really well, only dropping that one set so far this tournament. There will be some great matches on Friday!! Berdych vs. Djokovic and Murray vs. Rafa. Predictions?
Bunk Moreland
How long do you want to ignore this user?
man Soderling really gave that match away, IMO. Obviously Rafa is damn good and played well, but Soderling's mistakes were the difference.

Honestly I see both Semi's as a coin flip...and I hope the matches play out like that.

I'll take Djokovic in 5, and (what the hell) Murray in 4 very tough sets.
