TAMU-MGM, one untested element throughout the year was Paola Dehaza at singles. The twins complement each other so well athletically in doubles I often wondered why Howard didn't give Paola a chance say against Southern late or Miss State during the season to see how she would stack up against "easier" competition. She's a finese kind of player and appears to be faster than Ines. Without the power she does have the ability to control the racket to where given competition I'd think her angle shots would be deadly like Gibbs' were against CSQ. She'd crap out any competition by getting control of the play. A couple of side notes, this gal coming in from CA, Jana McCord, she appears to be custom made for Aggie tennis. On Facebook it looks like she can't wait to get here to contribute. Haven't seen a whole lot from the gal in Dallas coming down. Tina Stancu, her Acheilles heel is her shoulder. At #1, she's going to be REALLY challenged, but all #1's are. Hristov, sitting down there at #6 she's going to have to step up in my opinion unless Anna Mamalat makes major strides, both need to work on their footwork. All things considered though, these are problems I guess any team would love to have. If we aren't beating down the door at the NCAAs by 2016 when our fish this year are seniors then we've had our run. Oh and one last thing, toad, your intelligence (or lack thereof) still astounds me, won more than they loss, WHERE DO YOU LEARN THESE THINGS?
