Stanford gets in the championship by a gutsy performance by their #3, second time in two days she pulls it out for the cardinal. Unfortunately for her, she will run smack dab into the Wizard of Naz tomorrow evening and her run will be history. Inez pulls out the dramatic just like against Alabama. She looked fairly shaky there in the third and fourth game of the third set but kuddos to her for staying the course. Tomorrow for all the marbles. Gig'em Ladies.

Warrior, Tina has been suffering with shoulder issues all season. To lose 1-0 in the second and third set I think it's pretty safe to say there's something going on with the shoulder. She'll hold her position just like Mamalat will probably do tomorrow as well. Tomorrow will most likely need to be a repeat of today, CSQ, Naz, Hristov, and Inez will need to keep the ship afloat, the alternative is have Sunny try #5. Anna came in as a highly touted recruit but hasn't panned out like many thought she would. To put her in at #5 Howard is hanging onto a prayer and a chance for Stephania to continue to dominate at 6

It all starts with the double point. Will this match be televised? Maybe ESPN2? Tennis Channel?

To win the doubles against the cardinal is like winning the championship. They just lost their first doubles point in 2 years yesterday against NC. Our doubles hasn't been that great ever, only if we play 10 feet over our head to take that advantage does that give us the cushion. We'll win it in singles tomorrow or not at all.

I agree the doubles point is gonna be huge. I wouldnt put anything past Sanchez but that Stanford girl put on a show against Embree today! We're gonna have to be competitive everywhere and can't afford to give away any easy points! Stanford ain't nothing to play with. They beat UGA and UF to get here.

I think as long as we stick to our formula, we should be fine, most especially after the experience from yesterday. UCLA had great doubles play and we still came back from that. I see a similar situation happening with Stanford.

The lady Ags are wreaking havoc on the powers that be. Think about it, these ladies have beaten schools that have won past championships, Florida, UCLA, and the sips all in the last two years. They have won more matches this year than any other team in school history. Why not just admit you took an overdose of dumb pills and we can get past this thing.
