Not much went wrong this weekend. I would have thought before the weekend we were very little chance of a National championship. Think that has changed dramatically.

Nationals will be tough. We will have perform better than expected in order to have a chance to win either title.

Regardless of what the final outcome is they've set themselves up about as well as possible based on regionals entries. Can't control how the other teams qualify or perform. They have legitimate chances to win a number of events, with favorites in the M. 400, W. 400h, W. Discus and W. 4x1 and athletes completely capable of winning the M. Javelin, W.200, M. Triple Jump, M. 4x1 and M. 4x4. Need some other folks to step up and pick off points.

Handle their own business and they'll be in the mix. Maybe it's not good enough but you just never know.

Last year was unusual in that both men's and women's titles were decided before the 4x400. Seems like every year it comes down to that event.
