According to the tfrrs.com results page, that was Eric Age (Aggie "debut" race) running the third leg of the men's 4X400 relay that ran a 3rd place time of 3:08.10. The flash results.com summary has him splitting a 47.01.

Yeah it was Eric Age running the third leg. Pretty good split for his first College race.
He is also entered to run the 200m and 400m at the Tyson Invitational next weekend. Glad to see him off the injury list. Not sure if Richard Rose would be back in time for SEC championship. He also split a 46+ in his only race to date. He is not listed to compete next weekend though
We need all these guys if the 4x400m is to be competitive. We need guys to run 45+ and 46+ to have any chance at SEC

Great job by Katie Willard and Jazmine Fray. I hope they continue to break the 800m indoor and qualify for NCAA. Also Annie Kunz and Lindon Victor doing well in breaking the A&M records

Another positive was seeing Arin Rice running her first race since X/C last year. She is also entered in the mile next weekend.

The Tyson Invitational accepted entrees show Karis Jochen entered in the 3000m and 5000m.

Next weekend meet is the last meet before SEC championship. Hoping for some great performances especially from the women sprinters because we don't have much depth in short hurdles and field events

I sort of consider this a rebuilding year. That said, we seem to be setting quite a few school records with several indoor meets to go. That must be quite satisfying for the coaches to see that they can develop the athletes talent.

SEC Indoors are coming up and it's our last chance to qualify for indoor nationals. Here's a look at our best chances to advance.

Men's side
60M
24 Devin Jenkins 6.69 - Probably needs a 6.63 to make the cut.

200M
3 Devin Jenkins 20.58 - safely in

400M
8. Fred Kerley 46.48 - that time is usually right around the cut.

800M
1. Donavan Brazier 1:45.93 - safe
18. Hector Hernandez 1:48.02 - I think 1:47.5 gets him in.

LJ
7. Will Williams 7.85m - safe

TJ
23. Latario Collie 15.93m - it's going to take 16.10m jump to qualify
32. Lathone Collie 15.70m
36. Jeffrey Prothro 15.60m

PV
6. Jacob Wooten 5.46m - I expect you're going to need to jump 5:46m+ to qualify
13. Audie Wyatt 5.41m
19. Chase Wolfle 5.31m

DMR
22. 9:35.62 - We'd need to cut down around 6...possible, yes. probable no.

4x4
8. 3:06.73 - 5 times within a second so a 3:04/3:05 should keep us in.

Hept
14. Lindon Victor 5646

Women's
60M
10 Jennifer Madu 7.30
17 Aaliyah Brown 7.33 - they probably both need a 7.27 to feel safe

200M
9 Diamond Spaulding 23.23
12 Aaliyah Brown 23.30 - Both safe

400M
7 Shamier Little 52.43 - safe
25 Briyahna Desrosiers 53.53 - needs to run a 52.8 to make nationals.

800M
28. Katie Willard 2:05.79 - they 2:04-low to make it
39. Jazmine Fray 2:07.07

LJ
20. Jennifer Madu 6.29m - probably needs a jump of 6.40m

HJ
19. Annie Kunz 1.81m - probably needs a 1.83m+ to qualify don't feel like looking up a bunch of 2nd jumps for the tiebreakers

4x4
14: 3:34.50 - I think a 3:32 should get us safely in.

Pent
4. Annie Kunz 4363

Heat sheets up for SEC Indoors.

Jenkins got a bad draw with lane 3 in the 200. The only other thing that jumped out was we had 3 guys in section 1 of the 800.

Nice showing at the Texas Relays for the Aggies. Audie Wyatt vaulted 18'-6.5". Kyriakis threw 268'+ for #8 all-time collegiately. Maggie Malone continues to throw well. Good showings by our 4x4 and 4x1 relays - not all winners but the improvement is there.

Congrats to Chase Wolfle and his coaches on the Pole Vault school record of 5.60m (Joint with Audie Wyatt). Hoping the other vaulters Jacob Wooten and Carl Johansson could breakthrough in the 5.50m plus height. Great scoring potential in the Pole Vault. Chase and Audie has qualify for the Olympic trials. Hope they can get over the Olympic qualifying standard of 5.70m

Congrats to Freshman Jazmine Fray for breaking a 33 year old 800m school record with a time of 2.03.25. She is now the world junior leader in the 800m. I think this sends a clear message to the top 800m high school runners in Texas, many of whom have over the years refused to come to A&M probably believing we cannot do well at mid distance running. Congrats to the coaches. She was recruited from New York with a 2.10 plus PB and in less than one season has already drop 7 seconds to 2.03.25. Looking forward to seeing Katie Willard now drop down in 2.03 time range also.

Great progress in the Javelin, Madalaine Stulce a freshman has thrown 49.44m. So we have 5 women javelin thrower at 49.00m plus this year and should all qualify for regionals. Kendall Munoz has not even competed this year.

The sprinters are also doing fairly well so far. Not sure why Marquita Stalbert have done well thus far. Maybe she is struggling with injury. Also Edward Davis have not competed outdoors, Not sure about his situation

Kudos to the 400m hurdlers and coaching staff. We now have 5 hurdlers under 52.00 seconds with Freshman Jackson Davis running a PB of 51.14. The 800m men are also doing well 4 men under 1.50 excluding Brazier.

Good to see Richard Rose, Dovavan Brazier and Eric Age compete. Richard Rose ran a 46.92 in 400m and he seems to be getting healthier and better. Brazier ran on the A relay squad in a 45.7 split and Eric Age ran on the B relay squad. Not sure of Eric Age relay split. Hope all three are fully fit by time SEC championship in a couple of weeks. Our 4x4 has run 3.03 without a fit Eric Age and Richard Rose.

Congrats again to the team and coaches on a great meet at Baylor. Looking forward to the SEC dress rehearsal at LSU this weekend.

Eric Age is also scratched. It seems he has not gotten healthy enough to compete. Only one 400m individual race for him in the outdoor season in 46.72.

The loss of Jenkins hurts because he was apparently our best sprinter with a chance to score in the 100 and 200. Would this rule him out for the 4X100 at nationals or do we qualify a team without specifying runners?
TRM

I believe he's not ruled out for the relay. If he had declared then scratched - he'd be out. This gives him a chance to run in Eugene as part of the relay.
