This team just keeps finding ways to win . Marchment coming back and immediately scoring is nice ( really need his size down the stretch ) . Hope Mavrik is ok , looked nasty . If we can continue to get decent play out of DeSmith in goal ( making sure Otter is rested for playoffs ) the sky is the limit.

I'm having a hard time committing to renewing my tickets next season... With kid's activities taking up more time, the traffic to get down from Prosper, and then another almost 10% increase it makes it a tough decision

Right there with you. Family stuff keeps us away a lot. We even cut back to two seats, so when the family can go, we either exchange for multiple seats or just take turns on who gets to go with me. The bump in price again has me questioning if it's worth it.
We're nearing the point that even with as good as the Stars are, it's not always easy selling the tickets at cost when we can't go which again is becoming more common.
I also know, it took us a while to move to the seats we wanted and now there's a waiting list. If I don't renew, our tickets are getting snatched up in a heartbeat.
Sucks, but until they clear that waitlist, prices are going to keep going up. I fear the day they go to seat licenses because it's coming at some point. Hopefully not until they move out of the AAC.

For some reason, it's been dang near impossible to move tickets to games I cannot go to. Even at cost. Super strange. I love our seats but almost another $1,100 more than this season with the headache of just trying to go to the game is pushing me to the "I'm out" side of things.

I also know that with an almost 9 year old and a 4 year old that if we do drop it would be a long time from now before we signed back up. Traffic to get down there as well is only going to get worse.

Traffic isn't too bad for us because we can take the express lanes most of the way. Weekday night games suck in general just because of traffic close to downtown. If traffic were too bad, I think that would probably push us over the edge too.

Daughter has karate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have t-ball on Thursdays that just started up again but ends at the beginning/middle of November. Daughter has cheer in the fall that is Wednesday evenings and on Saturdays. It's always something.

Recently going to a Thursday 7pm game took us almost hour and 45 minutes to get down there. The couch is just a lot less stressful haha.

We will miss it though.

Reselling tickets is about to get more expensive as well with taxes in addition to the ridiculous fees. Got my 1099-K today.

I have a half season plan up in the 300 level.

They didn't raise my rate, but last year was a decent bump. Went from $33 to $37 a game.

They also took away a regular season game and replaced it with a preseason game. Then they changed it to where taxes weren't included in the quoted price anymore.

Adding in the taxes my tickets went up to $39 a game from $33.

I swapped out the preseason game but it was an up charge to get a regular season game. So, they had some hidden price increases last year.

I haven't had issues selling my seats in the lower section 306.

I've looked at upgrading my seats, but even those renewal rate prices look steep.

I have often sat in the lower bowl or the 200 level for less than the renewal rate for season tickets.

Just last night I sat in the 200 level and paid $90 to sit in $133 seats for season ticket holders. Those are $153 a game for new members.

I've gotten to 200 level for $60 before. Mid week games can be a tough sell for those expensive tickets.

If I get far enough ahead of it, I can usually make a small profit. Last minute, it's really hard finding someone to pay full price at that price point. What really screws it up are the ticketmaster fees. They hit the buyer and the seller.
