Gotcha, makes sense that the lower level would be harder to recoup due to the prices. You're right, that the sooner you can post them the better. Waiting until even a few days before is always a money loser.

I'm in the first row of the upper level in 311 which makes them both cheap and extremely easy to sell. I actually prefer the top row and had those for years, but finally moved because while the prices is the same the resale is much better in front than back.

Also I live in Tarrant County & have 3 little kids, so I sell much more often than I go. If I wasn't making money I don't think I could justify keeping the tickets.

That said I still haven't received my renewal email that was supposed to come yesterday. I've emailed & called my rep and haven't heard back yet...

Renewal rate for yours is $45 average over 44 games. I still have the pricing pulled up.

I've listed some of mine a month out and they still just sit no movement. Listed them at barely over cost. I definitely didn't have this issue previously but it is what it is.

Just got this gem from my rep. wt actual f

I checked to see why you didn't receive an email. It looks like you ended up on our watch list. I had no power or control in doing this and didn't find out until this morning. Our management team does this based off resale activity. I believe they flagged you based off your resale activity. So, you're still able to renew but your renewal conditions are different. I believe you'll be receiving your renewal email on Thursday since you're on that list.

Like I said, since I have no power or control, I can't get you off that list. This was just implemented specifically by management.

We should all be thankful for having Jim Nill as the GM of the Stars.

He's always had the long term health of the organization as his main concern.

Quite a contrast to the selfish and stupid short term thinking of the Maverick's GM.

I felt like there was some mentioning that they would be monitoring resales closely last year.

I thought it said you couldn't sell more than a certain percentage of the tickets.

I definitely missed that & I don't necessarily have a problem with a rule like that.

You can sell up to half the games on Ticketmaster... Makes Stub Hub a win in this situation honestly. I try to split them so I don't get flagged.

Thanks. I definitely can't make half the games so depending on what my "conditions" are, if I do renew I'll have to list on stubhub or gametime.
