I hate to beat a dead horse, but it's still a damn shame this is a round one matchup. This has all the makings of a WCF all-timer, and yet we're here to start the playoffs.
Great game from the fellas. I really thought we would win games this series with our third and fourth lines and that is exactly what we did last night. The top two lines still need to do more (hello Wyatt Johnston), but we're the deeper team. Keep it rolling.

Something that has me very concerned is the same issues with PP zone entry from last playoffs popped up again last night. They just can't figure out how to beat the wall of defenders waiting at the blue line.
The one time they broke it last night led to the goal, and it seemed like we were helped by an Av falling down on the entry. The only other couple good chances we had on the PP came on offensive zone faceoff wins. After the first PP, it was really rough to watch.
They had a year to try to figure out how to beat the way teams defended us last year, and the early returns are not great.
