I've said it so many times but Jamie Morrison is the right man for the job! The energy and talent he's instilled into this program which was in a deep hole a few years ago is incredible! I'm young but it's hard to find coaches that are as passionate as him! He is turning Texas A&M into a volleyball school, let's all embrace it!

We served so much better this match. Put the pressure on them and reduced our service errors (although they came back towards the end due to nerves I bet)

Serving was a strength today that we found that we haven't had all year so proud of that

Hadn't found it much at all before now. Difference in night and day. This team can make noise if they can do that consistently!! Love to see it!!

One guy on volleytalk said our RPI is up to 15

I kept hearing the service errors were worth the risk but couldn't see it myself until the last match against Ark...and tonight the girls turned it up a few more notches. Now I understand what Jamie was working towards. Great job all around.

First ever tu SEC loss…to A&M…that just makes sense

Love these girls. And Coach Morrison.

just watched the game without knowing who won beforehand. Wow, what a game. It was tight but I feel like we were the better team overall tonight.

Set 1 we should have won without the serving errors.
Set 2 was a demolition.
Set 3 we could have won with better serve receive.
Set 4 was pretty much a demolition until Skinner got hot.
Set 5 - that was gutsy play. Ags would not let the ball touch the ground! Scrappiness won out.

The first set t.u. had serving issues early on but it didn't matter too much. The problem was we started our serving issues mid to late in the set. It felt like if any one of the late misses were good serves, we could have won.

Serve receive was atrocious in the 3rd. So glad the girls worked through it and didn't let it get in their heads, keeping the set tight again.

What was interesting between this game and the first time these two teams played were while the sets started out close, t.u. would punch a handful of points halfway through the set and the Aggies couldn't fight back. Tonight was different. Both teams punched and counterpunched. Small runs were met with small runs.

Underwood was crazy out there. Lednicky swung so many times because the OHs could not get past the block. Luckily Hellmuth figured out something halfway through the game to pick up good points. I think Lednicky was getting tired. Only reason coach didn't play her backrow.

Lopuyo did great other than a bad free ball pass. If she had more confidence, she would have had a couple more kills for sure. Big presence on the block.

Morrison is the god of challenges. He sees micro net touches no one else can see.

I felt the announcers were fine. Homers yes, especially the woman but they did their homework on the Aggies and were very complimentary of the team throughout the night.

Perfectly sums up the match! I'm excited for Ital Lopuyo, her growth from last year to this year is noticeable! If she gets more confident out there then she can really be a positive for us this year!

I thought the gap had closed significantly last post season. Glad to see us break through!!!!

Feels good this morning. I had a suspicion the Aggies were going to win this one or at least come very close. We don't have the same horses as the Austin team or the depth but we are getting there. Morrison knows exactly what he is doing and getting the most out of this team. I think every single girl from last year's team has improved, some tremendously.

We hopefully will be a consistent top 25 team soon. I wonder how much NIL will be in play to maintain or break through the top 10?

I think the next piece of the puzzle is if the team can maintain consistency for the rest of the conference schedule. Recent history points to a drop off. Lednicky was probably overused last night but that hasn't been the case in previous games.
