Hell yeah!! Much better 4x400 on the women's side today!!! 3:31.34, 4 second difference from last week! A huge split by Latasha Smith to give us the lead and Jermaisha Arnold ran well on anchor! In her first 400 since high school, Jasmine Montgomery ran a 53.1! Guess we got a surprise for our relay! Now let's see who holds on for the last leg, Dickson or Wade

The Arkansas women evenly split their teams and went 3:30 and 3:31 and a c team went 3:49, the tu women went 3:32

Some amazing splits and a great time! But Auhmad Robinson expended a little too much energy too early and Florida and Arizona State passed us. Hossam Hatib lost position early but finished strong, and Kimar Farquharson ran a crazy 45.2 to get us back into it but we couldn't hold on, but it's okay, these meets are to practice tactical racing! That 3:03 should get us into nationals
