Daria clearest path but I'll feel much better if Violeta can take this tiebreak. She fought off at least one match point.

V has played really poorly, can't put anything away at net and isn't getting enough depth on shot.
Okay. Violeta loses 3-6, 6-7. Frustrating match for her. I've been there. Just cannot close it out no matter what you try. Just one of those matches. She will get her next time.

Not a great performance across the board but great at top and we did enough to for a quick W. Violeta will bounce back and hopefully Anna gets another year or two to improve before she sees too much action at #6.

Agree. Top 3 lines looked unbeatable. Bottom 3 not quite as strong, but I'll give big props to Daria at 5. That was a tricky match. Her opponent had a solid serve and hit the ball flat and hard. Daria did well to put her under pressure to close it out with 4 straight approaches and put aways at the net. Not to mention, she handled that girl's attitude and stonewalling very well. (Especially on receive when her opponent would toss and catch and reset almost every single serve). Experience and grit won that match.
