The trade deadline was not great for the Stars. Myers might be better than Petro, but with his lack of skating ability and all his flubs with the puck I'm not sure.

Bunting added nothing in the regular season and hasn't even played in the playoffs.

5 on 5 play was an issue last year in the playoffs and it's an issue again this year.

You're not going to go the distance with only scoring on the PP.

I think we've been alright 5v5, but it hasn't resulted in goals. You gotta score goals 5v5 and we aren't doing that enough.

I think you can make that argument today with the exception of OT.

For the series I feel like Minnesota has controlled the puck more in 5 on 5. Now, the Stars have done a good job of limiting the high danger chances.

I think we struggle in 5 on 5 goals in the playoffs because we don't score the greasy goals and our net front presence isn't great.

If Wallstedt can see it clearly then he's going to stop it.

I even think we had a few good shifts in OT too. We got out shifted late and losing nils really hurt. But flush it and let's take game 5 at home

Meh, unless the Kings were going to go 6 or 7 games I'd almost rather they sweep and have to sit for a week. Probably gives us the best chance to steal game 1 if we advance

On paper Utah is the easier matchup, but they still would have been a tough out.

EDM's PK is really bad. ANA is at about 55% on the PP! During the regular season, ANA were under 19% and 23rd in the league. EDM's PK ranked 20th in the league at 78%.
