What the hell are y'all doing man. I have no idea what the strategy is now.

Too bad, a great race finishes under yellow. I don't think Palou would've gotten him anyway.

Was a guest this weekend in the pit road suites. One of the most well run events I've ever been to. Penske/Indy Car were very impressed. I'd bet this race goes well beyond 2028.

It's a shame Fro jumped the final restart and went from P6 to P20.

My boys were so stoked when they saw that. Easy to pick who to root for. The whole event was a blast - so cool to have this right in the backyard. We walked there and back from the house.

This race is an absolute **** show so far. Chaos on the start, debris left on the track, and Rossi left to sit on the track in a dead car.

I wonder if Andretti ever practices pit stops. They are not very good at that.

Anyone have advice for someone going to their first Indy 500?

We Uber from the hotel to the track, every Uber driver in that town knows where to drop you off, generally close to the front gate, and where to go to get picked up. Ask them. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, you are going to do a lot of walking.
You can bring in a small cooler with drinks and snacks, a lot do. Plan to get there early, at least three hours before the flag drops. You can go down on the track and I forget when they close the gates but you should do that, lots of fun. Be in your seats an hour before the start to enjoy the festivities. The flyovers are really cool.
Did I mention you're going to do a lot of walking? The place is huge.
