I've never been a huge Mac Engel fan but this was a solid read. I was a student at Purdue back in the mid-2000's and attended the Purdue Grand Prix on a couple of occassions. Those students pour their heart and soul into those projects and it's a wonderful thing to witness. A&M is very much the same in that regard. Makes me really nostalgiac for the old Texas International Speedway...

I guess he is chasing a big paycheck now. Hard to imagine leaving a team after just winning the 500. I would leave for Pesnke or Ganassi, but McLaren or Andretti seems like lateral moves at best.
He had a good relationship with McLaren, so I could easily see him going back there. Andretti is a career-destroying team right now, IMO.

It seems that Rosenqvist is headed to McLaren also. ZB is putting together a pretty nice team.
