Gibbs stopping in Hamlin's box to tighten a lug just seems wrong. I k is it's legal and we have discussed it before but it's a huge advantage to multicar teams and an advantage to teams with 4 cars over those with 2 or 3.

I just don't like it.

Agreed. Not sure how NASCAR would need to word the rule if it were to change it.
Because teams and manufacturers share data and work together on the track so action in the pits isn't too far removed from drafting for example.

Unless they just added it the no equipment leaving the pit box rule.
