Adam Averett, in his first meet wearing an Aggie uniform sits in 4th after day 1 at 3,010 points. His only other heptathlon he was at 2977. The 60 hurdles isn't his best event, but if he can improve on that he should put himself in place to potentially place in the top 5 or 6 and give the Ags some huge points!
