I'm looking at buying some tickets off a Poster without an ag tag who's only been a member of TA since 11/24.

there are a lot of red flags going off. is there any way to verify the legitimacy through the 12mf? they showed me a screenshot of their account but it's still not enough to alleviate my concerns

Chances are your gut is telling you something is off for a reason...not saying thats accurate but seems to be the case most of the time.

I think I was scammed and it sucks. I've been buying here for years and unfortunately this is the first time it has happened. It's on me for not paying attention to one letter in the first email. The original poster is not at fault, it's the dick who took advantage of the situation. So much for going to the game Saturday. I don't have $300 to buy another set of tickets.

This...You posted your email in the thread, and you got caught slipping.

If you're emailed, ask the person to post on the thread. Don't take an email with 'aggie' in the handle at face value.

Scammers from today 2/20/2026

Tried to sell me rodeo tickets. He used jakeacun9@gmail.com. Said his number was 308-two 5 nine-seventeen 3 3. Wife's email: Shericesmith90@gmail.com. Asked me to Zelle money first and then would send tickets.

Scammer posting as a popular name on this forum - when asked for money - they used.
