The elementary was something to do with his Mom and where she worked (believe that was the case, correct me if I am wrong).

Oddly, I am not for banning guns. I am not for banning certain individuals to have guns on campuses. I do not think, in the current situation, half of the idiots that go to colleges/universities are capable of knowing when to shoot and not shoot. I do not care if they have a CHL or not, I would not trust the average CHL holder in those situations that they are not used to.

Well since you have to be 21 to have a CHL in Texas, you have now greatly reduced the number of college students that would be carrying...

The only time a background check is not done is if one private citizen sells to another.
