Key is that Sippy mislabeled ALL the drawers.
The drawer labeled "Maroon and White" has to be Maroon OR White, so by pulling a white sock out of that drawer Rock knows that this is the White drawer.
The other two drawers are also mislabeled: the drawer labeled "Maroon" contains maroon and white socks, with the final drawer labeled "White" containing maroon socks.
