Are any of you involved in the Leon to Marquez Pinnacle Gas Treating pipeline?

I just received initial easement offer and I'm trying to figure out if initial offers are lowball offers. Mine is a pretty straightforward line down the edge of my property. I just use that part of the property for hunting. I have a call with an attorney next week but I'm not sure how I'll know if the attorney is worth the cost since I don't know how much I could negotiate without the attorney.

Anyone know what a going rate range would be for that pipeline?

Lastly, I used Google to find O&G attorney. Anyone have any personal referrals?

Call Joseph Briers in Bryan. He is likely representing several other landowners in the area on the same issue
