What's exhausting about changing from an inny/outy at will? In the case of involuntary sneeze, just fix it back with purposeful sneeze when inconvenient. I could potentially double my self diddle enjoyment.

I think I'd rather not know the difference between a baby and a muffin because I don't like babies OR muffins and tend to avoid both.

As far as the second, man, I don't know. The first one would be painful. And the second one, they'd all be like "nervy nooooooo don't kill us!" when I went to dispose of them and then I'd feel bad.

I think I would do the sneeze thing, then I could change between being a lesbian to a straight male. Allergy season may cause me to rethink this.

I would assume the tadpole would still create pleasure, right? Or not? It would be important to know. However, the second option creates a bit of a quandary. No haploid cells are leaving me at this juncture, post a visit to Dr. V, but as a hypothetical I do not want the gametes to speak.
