Office party tonight.
Manager moved it to a Tuesday, maybe to decrease chances of alcohol fueled drama?
Nothing will likely compare to years ago when one of my employees, who is now a doctor herself, used the occasion to come out as bisexual. Everyone but me felt the need to go around the table and weigh in on the proclamation. Everything from "That's disgusting!" to "Your boyfriend must love that" to "We knew that all along", and all points in between.

Burning unused vacation today as my company won't let me carry it over to 2025. Watching Jake and Elwood drive back to Chicago with the tax money for the orphanage. I'm not really sure what charges the cops have on Jake. He was a passenger in the car when Elwood broke all of those laws. And why does the band wind up in prison? Must have had sh** lawyers.

I've made the drive from Oregon to Minneapolis. Down side was it was in February and pretty much a blizzard and below O degrees the whole trip. So not sight seeing and national park visits was in the cards.

Oregon weather is no joke once you get out of the Willamette Valley. Drove up to Crater Lake one year on Memorial Day and saw a few snowflakes, like "haha, it's snowing". Ten minutes later it's like full-on, white out blizzard conditions.

Just got back from the world's largest Costco where day shopping can resemble Black Friday sans fat women beating each other up. Just lugging the mega-size packages in is good weight training. I passed on the 6 pack of televisions.
