If you have little ones, it is your duty to go out of your way to make it extra special and joyous today. If you have elders, make sure they know they are especially loved and appreciated today. Give ALL the pats and scritches to the pets of course.

Seeing some family today. We are spread out this year and not going to see everyone which is a bummer.

It crashed and boomed like crazy last night. We never lost power so that's good. Also didn't get any hail and that is great.

-got home late and forgot to leave ammo, cigarettes, and shoes in the air duct for John McClane.

• It's just the two of us this year, so I opted to put the brisket on at 6:30 instead of 4:00
• I had to actually wake Beagle #2 up for breakfast
• Back to bed for a bit and for the first time, Beagle #2 snuggled me the same way Beagle #1 used to
• Made some delicious coffee
• I got Sy Snootles and Max Rebo action figures
• Amox-Clav FTW

Wife and I slept late because we were exhausted from the past few days. Kids/grandkids flying in Friday so we are enjoying a quiet Christmas Day with coffee and pastries until dinner.
