Last meal: dry aged angus ribeye steak medium-rare, king crab legs with drawn butter, baked potato loaded, cream spinach and a side salad with blue cheese and bacon crumbles with aged balsamic vinegar. If permitted: a large glass of Elijah Craig bourbon on ice and a chilled bottle of Brunello Montalcino. For dessert I would have crme brle and espresso.

Butter beans and non-sweet cornbread, butter, cucumbers and onion slices marinated in apple cider vinegar, cooked spinach topped with balsamic. my recipe stewed apples thickened with cornstarch for dessert. Cardamom iced tea sweetened with stevia or Dr Pepper Zero.

Sometimes my appetite isn't the best when I need to be "on" for a big event.
