Found out my rent is going up another $150 this summer meaning I have to move. Rent has gone up an even 50% in the six years I've lived here.

Slept great.

A few chores done.

Need to run some errands later.

Saw a homeless guy walking with his backpack and sleeping bag. Picked up a taco, Dr Pepper, and bottle of water for him when I picked up my breakfast and then went and found him. He was sitting talking to himself.

Normally I don't hesitate when getting food for a homeless person, but this guy looked rough and was talking to himself so I did take pause. But the exchange went well and he was very appreciative.

I can't solve all of his problems but i can do this. Everybody needs a taco and a Dr Pepper and a bottle of water.

Maybe try a new place for dinner tonight. Anybody been to Coco Shrimp and got any recommendations?

Talked to Tanya today, and she didn't sound great. She's having trouble breathing deeply. Didn't want to dig for details as she seemed to be struggling to talk.

Will take Benny to St. Louis tomorrow for another visit.

-Came across guy in bicycle accident lying in street, bleeding all over the place
-Had to wait for ambulance, missed movie
-Now I'm out 10 bucks for parking, think I'll stream it instead

-HEB trip with the boys for lemonade supplies
-set up lemonade stand with them so they can earn money for summer camp and to sling some little league raffle tickets while they are at it

Coffee and chill morning.
Worked on the reef tank. Had to do a 15 gallon water change so I could take the overflow box off and clean it out.
Rode the motorcycle up to Aspen Park and hung out there for a bit. Traffic was bad coming home through Denver.
Now hanging out at the brewery near my house.
