My guess is there is a gubmint angle here too, where these resellers are gouging medicare with an inflated price for items they bought for pennies on the dollar. Although, I would also assume Medicare has price caps on some of this? Honestly, I don't know a lot about it.
The thing just seemed strange to me. It's like those "Ug buys Ugly Houses" signs but with dibeetus stuff.
