Just got back from seeing it. Freaking awesome.

The 3-D glasses must have been messing with me at the end though..made my eyes water.

Everything pixar does is golden

Loved it! I haven't laughed so hard in a movie in a long time.

I had some tears at the end as well; thankfully, my wife did also, so she didn't give me a hard time!

It was the first theater movie for my 3-year old, and he and my 6-year old both loved it as well.

I thought the porcupine stole the show.

Loved the movie. Just wanted to add that the short film "Day & Night" was amazing. My favorite of the Pixar shorts I've seen.

nothing different to say here... thought it was great!! i was laughing my butt off at "mr tortilla head" and cried a whole lot at the end.

one question i had about it, though... was there an issue for those of you who took 3/4 year olds with the subtitles there for a while?

Does the 3D add much to the experience? Trying to decide if the increased ticket price is worth it.

The 3D adds depth to the film, but you don't really have stuff jumping out at you. I'd have no problem seeing it in 2D. The story is where this film shines. Not some gimmicky 3D tricks.

We saw it in 2D since my nephew won't keep the glasses on anyway. It was great. I'm not sure seeing it 3D would be worth it.

And my nephew had no idea why we were laughing at Spanish Buzz but he hates feeling left out, so he just laughed with us.

This is where 3D really shines, to me. It's not gimmicky at all.

I don't care if stuff is flying at you, I just want to feel immersed in the movie if I'm going to pay that much more for a ticket.

The Imax 3D is so worth it, not gimmicky but adds a feel of "immersion". It is easily the best of the 3 movies.

I was in tears at the end.....

I had a feeling afterwards of, well happiness and a belief in the chance that the world is still a good place.

3D is good for helping keep your wife and kids from seeing you water up over a cartoon movie.

The Ken runway show for Barbie was hilarious. Also when the glow worm librarian saw "Ken" wearing high heels.

I thought TS3 was really good. Had some very funny moments. I can't really compare it to the first 2 since it has been so long since I watched those.

Great great great movie. My wife and I went and saw it last night and thought it was easily the best of the 3.

I don't know if I thought it was the best of the three (the first one holds a special place in my heart and I was 10 when it came out...) but I thoroughly enjoyed this one and was glad I went and might go see it again, but in 2D.

I think I started tearing up around the reactor scene, but Andy and Becky at the end were what really got me.

3DIMAX is so worth it just for the Tron trailer beforehand.

For just a moment. I explained that he was speaking Spanish and my 3.5 year old just rolled with it from there.

Great movie.

The only thing I would have liked would have been if they made it clear the garbage truck driver was Sid. They didn't make it that it wasn't and the imdb credits make it seem like it was him. I don't always want every i dotted and t crossed but it helps with the kid movies.

Yeah, it was very minor but with the other "shout-outs" to the earlier movies (and other films) that was my first thought. Somewhat confirmed by him being tied to the front of the truck.

And I do want to clear up that when I say I would have liked it, it didn't impact my opinion of the movie in anyway. Maybe it would have taken it from an 99.91% to 99.98%.

Saw it this weekend and enjoyed it.

The "human goes off to college/abandonment" theme and the "impending doom on the conveyor belt of a garbage dump" sequences were strongly reminiscent of one of my favorite animated films, The Brave Little Toaster (the original...haven't seen the two sequels). It, too, had dark themes and emotional moments.

In my state of suspended disbelief, I seriously thought there was a chance they were all gonna be melted down.

This has always been my gripe on 3D movies, but did it seem less colorful to anybody else? The colors just didn't pop out at me like I'd expect from Pixar. Other than that mild complaint I absolutely loved the movie!

I was sitting there thinking, How are they getting out of this? The looks they gave each other when they took hands...I was just completely sucked in.

Sid was the garbage truck driver?! I totally missed that. To be honest, his character is what keeps me from loving Toy Story 1. I HATED him and found him so sick and evil - I've seen TS2 many times and actually own it, but can't bring myself to buy TS1 simply because of Sid.

I just loved the Return of The Jedi homage when Big Baby pulled a Vader and threw Lotso into the dumpster.

The truck bumper that one of them rides on at one point is the pizza delivery truck from Toy Story 2. Had the same "YO" stickers on the tailgate.

Maybe that was obvious

Regarding the Lotso reference in 'Up'...

Pixar is notorious for inserting some reference to their next movie into the current release. In Monster's Inc. there is a Nemo doll in one of the rooms the Monster's visit. Finding Nemo was the next release after Monsters.

This was absolutely amazing. In my mind truly my favorite trilogy of all time.

It is always amazing to me the amount of emotion that pixar can draw from inanimate, digital characters. I cannot wait to own it on DVD.

I'll prob go see it again in theaters before then though.

The 3d nowdays is not what it used to be. It is indeed depth behind the screen, not images coming out at you. That's not gimmicky, it's realistic. I LOVE this new 3d trend and can't really understand why anyone would choose 2d over 3d. Real life has depth to it, so it's great to see movies have that same realistic depth now. Definitely enhances the experience. After seeing it in 3d (I agree with everyone by the way, great movie), and seeing Avatar, I have no desire to see either in 2d. I look forward to the day that all content is created in 3d.
