this thread makes me sad, not because I miss limp bizkit (i always hated them, even when I tried to force myself to like them) but because I wish it was still the late 90's *sob*

Ahh yes the 90's. It certainly was a kinder and gentler time.

I haven't seen a red yankees cap in years. By the way Oasis - What's the Story Morning Glory? is one my favorite albums from the 90's.

Nearly everyone that spent time in high school in the late 90s liked Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, POD, and Korn. Including your's truly.

Here. I actually own all of Korn's albums up until the most recent two (Korn III and that dubstep one), I think that's 7 albums. I was a huge fan. I finally saw them in concert around the time Untouchables was getting big. These days the only Korn albums I'll really listen to are Follow the Leader and Issues, but I was really into them back in the day. They were the ones who got Limp Bizkit their big break, actually.

Was more into Significant Other than 3 Dollar Bill...

I think the last real vestige from that era is Linkin Park, and they've changed a lot from what they sounded like back in '01. Reanimation is still my most-frequently-played album to this day, lol.

Yeah late 90's sucked. Late 80's-early 90's were the best times in recent years.

WTB Reagan #2 please and more real rock bands.

And with a new Jackass movie coming, it feels like 2001.

Crazy with the 9/11 anniversary around the corner too.

They ****ing play them all the time on 94.5 The Buzz in Houston. That station is such an embarrassment.

And yeah I thought they were awesome, along with Kid Rock and Creed. When you're a kid you're a ****ing idiot.
This is exactly why I would never get a tattoo. I used to like the Band 311. If I got a 311 tattoo when I was 18, I would look like such a moron today.

Fair enough. I've been using this example for 15 years. So "today" would have been 1 to 5 years afterwards. Anyway.
