Marie's womb is a barren place in which Hank's seed could find no purchase.

2. The scene between Walt & Jr. didn't show how much Walt loves Jr. It showed how manipulative he is and how evil he's become. His cancer confession wasn't done out of love for Jr., he did it solely to prevent Jr. from going to Hank's and losing that leverage. That wasn't a loving version of Walt that we were watching...it was a very evil Heisenberg.

This x 1000. I was watching with my mouth open, shaking my head. That scene just illustrated that Walt is 100% bad at this point, in case anyone had any lingering doubts. Walt used the most heart-wrenching information he could into manipulating Jr. into nit going to Hank & Marie's place. That was not a touching father-son moment - it was a chilling reminder that Walt is the ultimate bad guy.

Nice try, but wrong FNL character.

Am I the only one who saw Walt hug Jesse and instantly thought "Fredo, you broke my heart"? I really think Walt was going to kill Jesse right then and there if Jesse hadn't agreed to go along with the plan.

Excellent point.

I find myself continually wanting Walt to grow a little bit of a conscious. Especially in the dessert with Jessie. I have to keep reminding myself that that is not the direction the show is going to go.

Herc (from FNL) = Devil (from Justified) = Kenny (from Breaking Bad)

right?

I definitely got that feeling with Jesse, but not so much with Walt Jr. Yes, he was being manipulative, but he was also telling the truth. At the end of the day, he still loves his son.

You are thinking about the QB who was dating Minka Kelly and was paralyzed in the first episode or so right? That wasn't the guy that is playing Todd in BB. That guy has gone on to do other stuff, but the guy playing Todd was the nerdy kid who was Matt Saracen's friend, who was in a garage band, and joined the football team a couple of seasons into the show.

no...todd (breaking bad) is one character from fnl (landry). kenny (breaking bad) is another...he played herc in fnl, the guy that got jason street into murderball.

Ok, then I was confused about him including the quote talking about the kid that went to Dillon High (Todd), then mentioning the other guy. I just assumed herc was a misspelling/autocorrect of "he", referring to Todd. My bad.

I think walt kills himself with the ricin, why else go get it?

Walt is gonna go Magda Goebbels and kill the baby with the ricin and then swallow the frozen revolver.

Sorry if this was already covered but what was Walt's motivation for poisoning Brock again? He did somehow give him the plant right? How did he do that, and why would he?

Can't remember all the dynamics from that episode.
