Same here. I had given up on Walt until I realized what he was doing with the last phone call. He still cares about his family, whether he's a part of it or not.

I think what I want for him at this point is to die knowing his family is safe and has enough money, and dies with at least the love and respect of his family.
Why would the family accept Uncle Hanks blood money?

"Sorry son that I killed your Uncle, completely traumatized your mom, kidnapped your sister for a while (she'll be fine - too young) destroyed your aunt's life all while fully manipulating your dumb ass with constant lies and deceptions. But here's 80million! I'm gonna go off myself now!"

I thought Walt didn't give a full effort negotiating for Hanks life, and I rolled my eyes at Hank's final line. Because Walt has been in that scenario multiple times before and always weaseled his way out if it. That's why I was upset they didn't have Hank die last week. I knew if he survived to this week they would have a negotiation where Walt would save him. I didn't see it coming that Walt would lose his fastball in how to deal with killers.

-Walt knew that Crazy8 was going to kill him, and he talked his way out of it.

-Walt knew that Tuco would assault him and he talked/fought his way out of it

-Walt knew that Mike was going to kill him and he talked his way out of it.

Walt knew that Jack was going to kill Hank but he.... did a weak offering of 80 million fr a clean escape for Hank? That's weak and insulting to Walt's intelligence as being able to get out of things. At least try harder.

Just stop watching the show now. Seriously. Stop. Watching.

And of course, me saying Jr did the writing tells me that Jr. had to know Walt was coming back the house.

Why is the writing there? Nobody knew Walt was coming back, so it's false to assume the writing was for Walt, though that is the end result.

Who else could the writing be for?

I didn't see it as that. What was Walt going to offer? He has nothing left. Nazis iced one Agent, what's one more? On the promise that Hank keep quiet?

I was sad to see Gomie go

No crime has been committed in that house. They can search it for evidence but you typically don't rope it off unless someone has been murdered in it. Of course I am not a police officer so what the heck would I know.

A crime was committed in the house in yesterday's show. It just isn't a crime that would warrant the home being taped off.

ce- now that police know that 2 DEA agents are dead and combined with Walt's phone call and realization that he's Heisenberg, i'm sure the police will rope his house off, and turn it upside down searching for any evidence. Skyler wouldn't be allowed to live there, especially with Walt still on the loose.

Just found out where the coordinates really are:

They point to Albuquerque Studios located at 5650 University Boulevard Southeast, Albuquerque, NM 87106. You can see the location here:

Why would the writers use coordinates that don’t accurately represent where he put the money? We suspect that they didn’t want fans to head out to the location in the desert and begin digging. It’s a safe (and legal) way to protect the natural, Navajo land they used from people who may be tempted to give themselves a tour.

Sorry about the complete posting of that. I just wanted to share.

Maybe, its just skater punks who think its funny/cool/weird/awesome to be hanging out in the house of the most notorious meth cook/dealer in the southwest?

what leverage did he have?
he's still the best meth cook in the world. "I earned that 80 million in a few months. Let Hank live and I'll make you 200million in a year"

And Hank doesn't have to be completely set free. Just do anything to buy some time. Put Hank in the cage with Jesse and find Gus's mobile medical trauma team. I don't know. Walt always has a smart answer for everything. Seemed too simple.

At this point I want Marie knocked off. After that then for all I care let Jesse live. Hank brought what happened to him on himself.

Junkhead:

When Walt mentinoed $80 million in money they knew it was buried out there. Like he said, you don't normally give directions that specific. You tell people "go down this road until you hit a light and then turn right until the next gas station and then turn left". As soon as Walt mentioned money they knew to start digging in that exact spot.

Walt has done everything for his money. And he was willing to give it up --all of it-- to save Hank.

And what's worse, Walt's so far in over his head that he actually thought it would work. He actually thought that they wouldn't just shoot Hank and take it anyway.

Hank knew better, because he'd dealt with these types of people before in his line of work. In that moment, I think he was kind of marveling at Walt, who was smart enough to build a meth empire, but completely lacked the understanding of the world he was operating in.

It's crazy how divisive the show is in terms of which characters the viewers identify with. Some Walt, some Hank, some Jesse, some want Marie dead, some want Skyler dead, etc.

But the crazier thing is - nobody's really wrong.

I'm sure the police/DEA could seize Walt's house considering they know he's Heisenberg (Marie will fill them in), 2 DEA agents are missing, presumed dead, and Heisenberg is on the run. They'll search his house for any clues they can gather to help track him down. Since he's the meth king of the southwest, I doubt the house will be liveable after they destroy it looking for evidence.

This is true. For me, this show reminds me so much of The Shield. So many terrible people in that show, and at the end of it, I hurt for Shane the most. That's as close to any TV character as I've ever felt.

I pulled for Jesse until he ratted. I liked Hank up until he was a dick to Marie while he was injured. I hated Mike. Walt annoys me. Skyler annoys me.

I think Holly and Jr. I'd like for them to kill everyone else and live happily ever after.

That's the beauty of Hank's character. To reference The Wire again, he's natural po-lice. He was the only one on to Gus. For all of Hank's comic relief, his street acumen was basically on par with Gus'. They were really the only two who knew exactly what was what.

That was the best thing about his last line. He made peace with what was about to happen, while basically building up/tearing down Walt at the same time.

And to use another Wire reference, this was the equivalent of Avon telling Stringer about "those ****ing away games."

At this point I want Walt to sacrifice himself for some greater cause. Maybe the NeoNazis are holding Jr hostage and he has to come back in order to save him. For them to want Walt back Jesse has to be dead. If Jesse is not dead then the NeoNazis have no need of Hank. Let sleeping dogs lie.

To be honest I don't think Walt is that bad a guy. Gus was a truly ruthless man.

Still on this? How am I being unreasonable, when you're the one arguing that the Brock poisoning, an important part of the story, falls under the category of shock value? Haven't seen anyone come forward and agree with you on this.

Why would anyone care about validating either one of us in this stupid argument, do you not see everyone else ignoring us? No where does it state that shock value is limited to non-essential parts of a story. Jaime Lannister getting caught ****ing his sister and then pushing a 7 yr old out of a window is essential to the story, as well. The point of it is to evoke strong emotions of shock, anger, etc. which is the definition of shock value, now where you draw the line is up to your own opinion.

I think shark just hit it. They find those bodies based on the lotto ticket. And that will lead them to believe Walt killed them.

Now that is going to be one hell of an imaginative detective to figure that one out but I bet you that is how they find those bodies.

Walt has the lotto ticket in his wallet. He pulled it out while on the phone with the nazi's to give them the cordinates.

And NO!!! Dr. whatever... we will not comment on it. just stop with your retarded argument and let it go.

Shoddy foundation repair and the incorrect installation of a "top of the line" tankless water heater at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane have made it unattractive to potential buyers. That's why it's abandoned.
