when Todd was wearing that black mask, thats when I knew he was cast perfectly. those soulless eyes are creepy as hell.

Jesse will end up alive and taking care of the mexikid.

Walt has lost his family.
Lost most of his money.
Seen his protege/puppet cause his world to unravel.
And now he's lost his legacy as the world's greatest meth cook as someone else is churning out the blue stuff.

With one episode left there is still a lot of storyline left to resolve. I do hope we've seen the last of Elliot and Gretchen.

I still feel like Walt and Jesse still have some more screen time together...I hope.

Walt has to know Jesse is cooking for the nazis. He knows Todd cant do it. It has to be Jesse.

I must have missed where Walt learned the blue meth was turning up in Europe... was it in one of the newspaper clippings?? Or are some of you just assuming?

Also in the camp that Grey Matter was the driving force, reminding him that he missed being part of an "empire" before and he isn't going to repeat that mistake by being passive. So, they are not his target.

I don't see a plausible scenario that he could deliver the ricin to them. Sneak in their house and put it in some food??

And I doubt he's going to use an M60 to kill them... a pistol would work for that.

He found out his meth was getting to Europe through that TV Interview with Gretchen. I also imagine Lydia told him she was selling it overseas somewhere.

I'm currently rewatching the series and I remember a conversation between walt and gretchen over the phone where they were trying to pay for Walt's chemo and gretchen was all like "half of it is yours". Which is somewhat contrary to what was said in the interview walt was watching. Just thought that was interesting.

Yeah, but that doesn't make sense why he'd need a machine gun for grey matter and not just a pistol.

He's the reason it's there. That was not new to him. He set all that up with Lydia.. That's how he got the 70-80mil

Clearly Walt knows Jesse is alive. I said it awhile back and still feel that Walt is coming back to kill the Nazi's due to them not honoring their agreement with Walt (they were supposed to kill Jesse).

Not a clue what happens with anyone else at this point.

And wow, what a coincidence.

The one time that Walt finally ventures out of the house, he sits down at a bar, where the bartender is swapping between channels and he hits the Charlie Rose interview right when the Grey Matter couple is on there.

Nazis have his money... they stole his "empire"... I doubt he cares so much about the deal to kill to Jesse.

Except he didn't know it was still getting cooked and sent to Europe after he stopped cooking it.

Agree that Grey Matter is just the motivation for him to go back. The old Walt was the pansy that would have given up and seeing that interview made him realize it.

Still have no idea how Jesse turns out. I get the feeling that Walt's attack ends up freeing him somehow (maybe not intentionally) and Jesse kills Todd. Hard to imagine him being "free" at the end though - tortured soul either way. Maybe he ends up with Walt's barrel and goes to Alaska.

I think Todd is cast perfectly. He's an awkward psychopath that you can't get a read on, and plays it perfectly.

Jesse found out the hardest way anyone can. That the devil you know, is the better than the devil you dont know.

Walter was manipulative, but in the end he cared about Jesse. All the way until he dropped dime.

It was completely contrary but only because they are distancing from a murderous meth kingpen, as anyone would

Todd is perfect. Would have never expected him to shoot that kid. If it was Javier Bardem playing todd you would have been like, "that kid is so dead, andrea is so dead". Todd you have no idea what he's about to do. Get you ice cream? Rape a nun? I don't know.

But to have them say it publicly put it over the top. Amongst the grey matter colleagues it seemed there was a mutual understanding of Walt's participation.

You didn't know Todd was going to do that? He's crazy, and had Lydia still not cared about the 96% and blue, I'd really have liked to see what Todd did about her. He's so freakishly calm.

Maybe Walt will get his $80MM back and use it to buy controlling shares of Gray Matter...

Just kidding, but I can't see how this ends with anything other than the darkest possible outcome, given this season.

Main questions I can't wait to see answered:

Who is the ricin for?
Does Jesse live? Does he kill Walt?
Does someone finally kill Todd, uber-psycho extraordinaire?

I think that Todd's crew gets mowed down by Walt, he finds Jesse and lets him go, but Jesse kills him. End scene, Jesse walks off into the distance, right past the money barrels, leaving it all behind. It was all for nothing in the end.
sharkenleo
How long do you want to ignore this user?
After sleeping on it, I agree that Gray Matter pushed him over the edge, and discovering his blue meth is being cooked tells him two things: 1) Jesse is alive, 2) They're stealing his legacy, and that aggression will not stand, man.

He's gonna burn that mother****er down. I hope he mows them all down, frees Jesse, and Jesse gets to be the one to kill Todd.

Granted, that's asking an awful lot from this show, considering the last two episodes, but I just want to see badass Heisenberg one more time.

And I agree about Todd - perfect casting.

I know girls are dumb, but was anyone else bothered about how easily Andrea believed Todd? And how she literally opened up her door to a stranger and stepped outside in the night by herself with her kid likely in the house? I mean, damn.
DannyDuberstein
How long do you want to ignore this user?
AG
Dumb, but then again, she was already worried about Jesse due to Walt's visit - so I can buy her being eager to see if he's okay. Gale Bedeker'ing her when she opened the door would have been more realistic, but it wouldn't add the drama of him drawing the gun behind her. They were at least leaving some doubt as to whether it was elevating the threat (beyond just the picture) or he'd actually do it.

Exactly, if it was Suge Knight at the door no way she goes outside. It's just loveable looking todd. What could go wrong.

That's partly why I really like the character. He's just a dead-eye freak serving ice cream one minute and shooting some innocent mother in the head the next, all with the same deadpan expression and manner of speaking.
