Man, idiotic guessing is the best part about watching a show like this in real time. I think the LOST threads might have killed you.

I post the lyrics seeing if anyone would catch on, and Phi gets scolded.

reason being is that the context in which he wrote "its obvious" made it seem like the video gave away a major part of the story, and now he was pointing out how obvious it was what was going to happen. some of us can't open videos at all times. his track record isn't that great in this thread.

came off like it was a spoiler.

i guess maybe i'm just on edge about the ending and not wanting it to be spoiled in any way shape or form.

alternative theory on disposition of the money (though I'm sticking with my original prediction of the drug treatment center):

he gives it to marie.

if the screenshot above is him in front of hank and marie's house, that could explain why. maybe he buries it again, and shows up to tell her where the money is and where hank's body is. to him, its (1) recompense to her for hank's death (2) a way of providing for skyler, holly, and Flynn (Flynn, not jr anymore); and (3) a landing spot for the money that the DEA wouldn't seize, if they even found out about it.


could be the final scene is: walt shows up at her house, gives her the money and says "i'm sorry" (which is a phrase he obviously has trouble with; more likely he just rattles off "I never intended..." "I did everything for my family...." blah blah blah), then he's standing outside and (a) she kills him or (b) he's waiting for the cops.


of course, he could split the dough - part to the center and part to marie.



(it's pretty nice having a show written well enough that speculating on future actions is itself entertaining)

I don't want Marie anywhere near the conclusion of this show. She has been too minor of a character for the entire run of the show to play a major role in the outcome.

No one is going to get the money. It will likely be shown burning at the end. The only alternative is a comedic moment where huell ends up with it

I think the money is long gone. What are the odds that Jack would just roll all the barrels into one room and leave it all right there in one place. Surely he's smart enough not to put all his eggs in one basket...unlike Walt.

Anyone see any significance to Walt making his escape to NH in a propane truck? Could've been anything, but they went with something that transports a flammable gas (a little chemistry tie in). Made me think back to the early episode of Walt with the Bunsen burner in the classroom.

Who's going to be man enough to admit they cry at the finale? I have a feeling it'll be one of those finishes...
