Watched van wilder earlier... Never realized Aaron Paul has a line in that movie. Good stuff!

I'm not going to spoil anything about the return of "Breaking Bad," except this: It's as good as it's ever been. As good as any TV show has ever been.
My revealing anything about the plot would be a missed opportunity for you and an act of foolish egotism by me. Because nothing I could put into sentences would deliver the crackling euphoria the show creates with each jittery montage, wincing fight, scream-at-the-screen flashforward. "Breaking Bad" tells its story better than anyone else could.

"Breaking Bad" is better than meth. Meth has diminishing returns. It’s never has good as the first time, people say.
"Breaking Bad" gets better the more you do it. It rewards you for being obsessive. Go back and watch a few episodes in Season 2 or 3, and you'll have a richer experience in Season 5.
One last thing: You know the feeling of seeing something you used to love, brought back once again? When it returns, the touchstones are still there, but they've become reminders of something you used to love, rather than something you love in the moment. Oh cool: There's a lightsaber. There's Indy's whip. It's good to see them, it's been too long. But this movie doesn't live up to the old ones.
Well, look: There's "Leaves of Grass." There's Jesse's bong. There's that very dark secret Walt buried. They're back. And you're in the middle of "Breaking Bad" at its best. It feels ecstatic. Enjoy the high.

Will they be replaying the first 8 episodes of season 5 on AMC before the premiere?
quote:
I saw they have them available on Amazon but I would rather not spend $40

Also, 5A is coming on Netflix on the 2nd, fwiw.

Some of the above pictures hint that Hank could use Jesse to get to Walt. Or they could be pretty pictures of cast members next to each other

****.. So I wasted $16 for nothing

Anyone think Walt blackmails Hank over the drug money used for his rehab?
Maybe Hank wants some of Walts money?
quote:
So tell me Hank, what is your next move, exactly? I mean specifically? You gonna perp-walk me through the station like Popeye O'Doyle? Arrest your wife's sister for money laundering, leaving our children wards of the state? Tell me, Hank, how do you plan on explaining that all your physical therapy was paid for with drug money? How will you convince all your colleagues that you haven't been in on it from the beginning? As I see it, you were also one of the last people in contact with Hector Salamanca just hours before he blew up Gus Fring, and he specifically asked for you. Who's to say you didn't give him the bomb so he could take out Fring on my behalf? Or should I say *our* behalf? Please, tell me Hank, what is your brilliant plan for bringing me down without destroying your entire life and everyone you love? Because I'm dying to know!
