I just started my first rewatch last week after not having watched it in 5(?) years. It's almost like watching it for the first time again.

i remember watching it during the original run thinking the writers had lost their touch about midway through season 4 cause it was a alot slower than the previous season. then when the episode titled "Salud" happened i realized their greatness.

I got to the "Fly" episode last night and got annoyed with the entire episode, then I saw that it was directed by Rian Johnson and it made perfect sense.

He also directs another episode later on that is considered by many to be the greatest episode of any show in history. I heard from somebody who is big into Star Wars, that it's the reason he got the Star Wars job.
