Bad actors in bad movies shouldn't really be surprising, but when you're in a good movie and act poorly it really stands out.

Jodie Foster in pretty much everything since Contact.

But she's especially bad in Elysium with Matt Damon (who is also pretty bad).

Four pages and nary a mention of Nicolas Cage in anything.

Reminds me of Wall Street which has the distinction of being the only movie to win an Oscar (Michael Douglas for Best Actor) and a Razzie (Daryl Hannah for Worst Supporting Actress).

Wow, one of his best acting performances? It was unwatxhably bad, as was birdcage. What makes them so bad is that the critics gave them good reviews. I saw both of these movies expecting to like them, to be entertained. And they were both horribly bad. Robin Williams was great in Good Will Hunting. He was not great in these 2 turd movies.

my first thought was the kid Anakin but he's a kid so I'll give him a pass

my second though was grown up Anakin ("I killed them... I killed them all", "I hate sand"). The love scene with Portman where they are riding big blob animals is impossible to watch

Next was Cameron diaz in gangs.

With that said, I gotta go with Mickey O'keefe from the fighter. In no way was he believable as a boxing trainer in Lowell Mass..

Completely agree...really the only off note in that movie, which is one of my favorites. If only Linklater could have used a different actor. Apparently he liked him though, since he used him in Waking Life (trippy movie).

Not a movie, but my wife has a crush on Tom Selleck and has been watching old Magnum P.I. episodes lately.

Oh dear 8 pound 6 ounce baby Jesus, the acting is SO bad! Not just Tom, but TC and Rick are horrible (even worse) and the "stunts" and fight scenes are ROFLMAO bad.

I honestly can't believe I never noticed how bad it was back in high school and college.
