I've seen this scene several times and there is something off about it. But I don't think it's Aidan Gillen. I really think it's just edited poorly. It seems like there was some dialogue cut and shifted around. It just doesn't flow right. I could be wrong, but that's the way it appears to me.

And he is a good actor. He's great as Littlefinger, and Tommy Carcetti was one of my favorite characters from The Wire.

Steven Seagal in ..... well pretty much everything. Under Seige wasn't too bad (thanks to Tommy Lee Jones and Gary Busey), but that's it. He basically played himself in every movie, and didn't even do that very well.
