Eisenberg coming back as Luthor

Well, the first two season. I'm really hoping next season it gets back to basics. She's right. Hell, all of them are right. Amell and Gustin would have done an incredible job in that universe.

I posted this like a year ago, but it still makes me laugh. Maybe we can get both Amell and Gustin in the DCU.
quote:Completely agree.
As well he should. I actually like him, just think he's stuck on what's now a ****ty show.
quote:in the most recent Batman comics (New 52) CG had taken over the role of Batman wearing a batsuit/mechsuit.
That's a fantastic job of getting in shape, but here's my honest question.....why do we need a ripped Gordon? Are they going to draw from some version of him that I don't know about?

quote:I was going to ask the same thing.. I kinda wonder what Whiplash would be like if he was this ripped for that role. Would Miles Teller's head be slapped off?

Last Friday, io9 was among a group of journalists invited to the London set of Justice League. There director Zack Snyder, star/executive producer Ben Affleck, and everyone involved all had one, simple message for us: We know. And we're trying.
They know mistakes were made with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Lessons have been learned. And as we watched filming on day 31 of the film's 111-day shoot, with the fate of DC's entire cinematic universe seemingly in the balance, those lessons were certainly being put into action.
"The main thing we learned [on Batman v Superman] is that people don't like to see their heroes deconstructed," said producer Deborah Snyder. "They like seeing them in all their glory I think what's really great is where we're going is kind of what the audience is wanting. We just had to take the characters from somewhere to bring them up to where they are and that was our journey."

quote:Yeah, I stopped reading there mostly and started skimming the rest of the article. I want characters that are enjoyable to watch. Not one's that I hate to watch that do dumb ****, with a plot that is equally as dumb.quote:

Really? This was their takeaway, that people disliked the psychological aspects? Not the nonsensical plot or inconsistent character motivations or the unexplainable decisions by every hero and villain?

I read Mike Ryan's story on what happened and he didn't mention that "deconstruction" quote. There are some spoilers in the story, so don't click if you want to avoid those. I will say I am warming up to Miller as Barry Allen though.
