But his bet would only be $23,600 to match KGB's all in

I have always wondered about that too
Maybe because Mike is off the hook now, instead of being a long-term supplier of vig. And you could tell by his interactions with his dog and hooors that he gets off on the violence.
So Mike wouldn't have been killed if he lost the last hand, right?
