The biggest problem this show will have is that it's on the wrong network.

If they would have done Ms Marvel, I'd watch it. They went with this though.....

It's no Agent Carter, but it was good enough for me to give it a couple more episodes. What would really help this show is if it was on the CW and crossed over with the Flash/Arrow. Even if Arrow had a down season last year, I was still excited from time to time to see Cisco or someone pop up in there.

I gave Gotham half a season before bailing and I enjoy Supergirl a lot more than that, so I think I will give it until the midseason finale.

I watched the pilot when it leaked and it seemed really corny and dumb.

Nah. It's on the right network. Where a ****ty show with ****ty writing will still get 20mm viewers.

I still expected them to have a crossover since CBS is a part owner of CW, but this article says it won't happen.

Yes. It was hard to miss with her super-evident, ultra-vocal indignance at the nomenclature.

I said this in another thread, but I wish they would have found a female super hero that wasn't a carbon copy of some male version. Super woman, spider woman, bat girl, etc. these were all just stupid copies comicbook companies made.

My wife and I laughed at the politically correct disclaimer, but I think the show did a good job of keeping the PC Nazis off their back. Its one of those things has to be done in this annoying time.

Agreed. It seams like other thant the big four of Wonder Woman, Jean Grey, Storm, and Invisible Woman; the others are cheap / lazy creations. Either a male was replaced with a female or the female is a side kick or clone of an established male.

Is it really that difficult to create a female super hero? For that matter, the same argument goes for minorities. How many non-white super heroes are original characters? There are a few like Black Panther, Black Lightning, Storm, etc., but many are replacements of white characters like Green Lantern, Col Fury, Blue Beetle and now apparently, Jimmy Olsen.

I know whites get upset that white male characters are changed, but shouldn't women and minorities be more upset that no one either takes the time or knows how to create more quality women / minority characers?

Wouldn't the obvious solution for lack of female or minority super heroes be for said women or minorities to create some?

I forgot the TexAgs Entertainment Board was full of educated TV savants. I watched it and I enjoyed it. It's not as good as flash or Arrow, but still an entertaining show.

EDIT: This post isn't to insinuate anyone HERE is stupid, just attempting to acknowledge different tastes. A pilot is rather different than the rest of the show and reviews are good.

I'll give it a chance, but if it as pandering as the trailer made it out to be, I'm out.

Dude, what's wrong with 2 broke girls?! They are inappropriate as hell.

I watched at the urging of my 10 year old daughter. Let's just say, I'm pretty sure she's the target audience.

The thing that drives me crazy with 2 broke girls is that EVERY GD LINE does not have to be a one-liner joke. Seriously, watch one episode, and count the number of lines that are not meant to be joke one-liners. You can count it on one hand.
