I got a strange email from them in April:

They are a total scam. I had never purchased any tickets. Viagogo had never purchased any tickets for me. They were hoping to make money off of me by either:
1) Buying the tickets after I called them and completing my purchase; or
2) Helping me "resell" non-existent tickets, and collect two service fees (one for buying, one for selling), when neither happened.
At any rate, avoid these guys like the plague.

So, I look at the tickets, and they are made out to a David Schmidt (not even close to my name). Super fishy. No pending charge on my card for a couple of days. I send an email to the contact us, and ask for a Credit Card Authorization Key. No response. Decide to ignore.Quote:
