I got a strange email from them in April:

Well, I was going to be in Chicago over that weekend, so I know I didn't buy them, so, thought, this is a scam. Ignore.

Next email, July 2nd:

So, I look at the tickets, and they are made out to a David Schmidt (not even close to my name). Super fishy. No pending charge on my card for a couple of days. I send an email to the contact us, and ask for a Credit Card Authorization Key. No response. Decide to ignore.

Next email, July 3rd:

Still no charges on my card or response to my email. My tickets still say David Schmidt.

So, at this point, I have some downtime, and I decide to look these guys up.

They are a total scam. I had never purchased any tickets. Viagogo had never purchased any tickets for me. They were hoping to make money off of me by either:
1) Buying the tickets after I called them and completing my purchase; or
2) Helping me "resell" non-existent tickets, and collect two service fees (one for buying, one for selling), when neither happened.

At any rate, avoid these guys like the plague.

Also, when someone calls you about your federal student loans it's a scam. Don't give them any information.
