I distinctively remember laughing so hard during Dumb and Dumber that I had trouble breathing. Easily the funniest thing I've ever seen in a theater.
Never saw it, but I read the script online and I busted a gut laughing.

I'd love to be able to say it was a deeply intellectual, high brow comedy but...

Some great ones in here but Borat was definitely the most gut laughing ever. Out cold was my first thought tho because I just didnt expect it to be so awesome. I started following zach galifianakis stand up because of that movie....which is btw freaking hilarious.

Team America: World Police. Left the theater with face cramps from laughing so hard. Strangely enough, never watched it again.
Dammit...forgot this one.

The scene outside the bar where he's vomiting uncontrollably had me barely breathing.

I think it's safe to say Jim Carrey was a god amongst men in the 1990's. Pure gold.

Borat and Old School are the only two movies I've been to where almost all of the audience laughed hard enough to where you couldn't hear the movie for a noticeable amount of time.

The "Master of Puppets" scene in Old School had me laughing hard enough that my side hurt.

I never thought anything would top "This is Spinal Tap" or "Airplane!", but "Tropic Thunder" is awfully close.

I'm also partial to "The Thin Man" and "A Shot in the Dark".

As a kid, my favorites were The Pink Panther Strikes Again, Murder By Death, and Holy Grail. Later on, I added Stripes and Ghostbusters to the list. But the most I've ever laughed was probably the Bernie goes waterskiing scene in Weekend at Bernie's. I literally could not breathe for laughing.

Hard to Kill - cry-laughing during training montage (especially when he runs)
Also, "I'll take YOU to the bank senator...to the blood bank"

The spreading the ashes scene may be the single biggest laugh I've ever experienced in a movie.

Nacho Libre- Crying in the theater and biting down on my t-shirt to try and stifle my laughter for a good 10 minutes after this happened:
