Great. Apparently, they announced a sequel in 2015 and Cline is writing it. What do I know?

The first one was watchable only to watch the boat sink (especially the guy who fell off the stern, hit the big prop then cartwheeled into the water).

Four oscar nods, 7.9 on IMDb, 90% and 82% on rotten tomatoes all seem like it was appropriately rated.

I just realized there has never been a more ripe time for a sequel to UHF. Al/Stanley could be head of a cable network, facing the decline of cable in favor of streaming.

Someone please make this happen

I'd love to see that story made into a good movie. Those books/characters are very good, but that movie was not a good representation of it.
