Interesting that Brad got to stay onstage during final Jeopardy even though he didn't have any money, instead of having to do the walk of shame like a normal contestant.

I feel kind of bad for Brad but I don't guess I should considering he's the all-time leading money winner. He's getting his ass kicked in this tournament though.

I think James just didn't make the connection. It took me a few seconds to read through that clue. It was awkwardly worded.

Also, Brad finally got a double jeopardy daily double right. What was that 5 or 6 straight that he missed?

I actually got Final Jeopardy right and the contestants didn't. I feel smart.

James not getting a daily double really hurts his chances. Brad keeps getting them and Ken will get one here and there which gets him over.

Also figured Ken would be the strongest player through 3 games, with James second - well before the GOAT tournament started. Has played out as expected.

Brad made a pretty ferocious comeback in Double Jeopardy. He was 1k in the hole at one point. Too little late obviously. Hopefully he's getting back in the groove.

Ken was straight gangster going all in on the first Final Jeopardy.

The Daily double in game one tonight was worth $25000 in points essentially for Ken

Those daily doubles dictate who wins the game

Yeah, Ken winning that DD essentially won the whole match. I think Brad and James checked out after that.

James just can't get a DD when he has a lot of points or Brad keeps hitting DDs so James can't fish them out.

To be fair, Garnet was easy: you'd think James would have known all the birthstones. Kinda raised a few eyebrows there??

Kens been the best so far even tho he's annoying with his eye rolling and huge sighs.


Be great if they'd show Brad the door and let James and Ken go head to head.

Agree, he was in prime position to make up quite a bit of ground lost in game 1, but that miss killed him. Went from dominating round 1 to not even having the lead after it.
